Our Women's program introduces a different  style to fit all women, young or old. We understand that most women need a different type of training that is not either competitive or excessive.

     With the developement of Hard Core Tactics and Muay Boran our women's program can help build confidence, heatlh and self defense.

     We have used years of experience in fighting, training, and a wide varity of Martial Arts Techiques, Systems, and Styles to develope this fighting/defensive system. The HCT Fighting System is efficient and effective. There are no set techniques, katas, or "moves" that will defeat any one attack. Our system is about being flexible to the attack and attacker. It's about being able to defend yourself fom a varity of attacks and having the ability to keep your mind and body flexible to these situations.

*172 Women are physically and/or sexually assaulted every hour!

*Evey day 4 women are killed by someone they know.
